Signing a Lease

Well it's official, I will be signing a lease and mailing a check today for our new home in VA Beach. It is a very nice 3/3 townhouse near the water and I think it will do good for a year. The landlord is wonderful (retired military) and his son and son's family leave nearby if we need anything. In fact his grandson is Izzy's age and they have offered to lend Izzy stuff until our shipment arrives. Can't believe I will be leaving FL in 10 days!
